The Justice 1st is a legal cover that offers legal protection for criminal, civil and labour matters, covering the policy holder, children and children who up to 21 years of age. You can access professional legal assistance at an affordable premium, a 24/7 telephone legal advice from a professional lawyer, legal court representation, investigative service when necessary, up to 30 minutes face to face personal consultation on legal issues.

Unfair dismissal, discrimination, disciplinary proceedings, unfair working conditions and contract signing assistance all fall under labour matters. As for criminal matters includes being physically abused, being arrested and in need of a protection order. Civil Matters covers are a Will, Blacklisted and Debt cancelling, unopposed divorce, lease agreement signing assistance and disputes with your body corporate, building contractor.

Justice 1st is offered in two Plans: Gold and Platinum. The Gold Plan has a monthly premium of R60 and a maximum cover of R65 000 per matter and R650 000 as lifetime cover.
